Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kelasapp, a class management platform operated by Learnest Lab Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Kelasapp provides tools for learning centres to manage classes, enrolments, attendance, invoicing, and teacher payouts. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the staff accounts you create within your organisation.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise noted. Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Kelasapp before paying. Once a paid billing period has begun, fees already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organisations on the platform.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you and your students submit. We process it only to provide the service, in line with our Privacy Policy. Each organisation's data is isolated and is never sold or shared with other operators.

6. Intellectual property

The Kelasapp platform, including its software, design, and branding, remains our property. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree that the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
